ULTRA-PLUS Training Collar with Center-Plate and Assembly Chain - Steel Browned

The Herm Sprenger prong collar combines outstanding quality with an innovative design for effective dog training. Made from browned steel it sports a fashionable antique look.
The model with assembly chain and swivel offers a limited traction, while the center plate, as with all other SPRENGER prong collars, relieves the dog's sensitive larynx. In addition, all links of the chain are rounded to prevent any risk of injury. The swivel prevents the lead from becoming wedged as it rotates with every movement. If necessary, the center plate can be replaced with our ClicLock clasp to make attaching the chain quick and easy. As the collar is pulled over the dog's head, please take the head circumference into account when selecting the size!
Please note that the prong collar is only recommended for use on a lead and during training. It is not suitable for off-leash use or during travel.

The base neck size for each wire gauge is as follows:

2.25mm -> fits up to a 13" neck measurement; designed for dogs up to 40lbs

3mm -> fits up to a 18" neck measurement; designed for dogs up to 88lbs

3.2mm -> fits up to a 19" neck measurement; designed for dogs up to 88lbs

4mm -> fits up to a 21" neck measurement; designed for dogs up to 154lbs

If your dog exceeds the starting length capacity of your suggested wire gauge size, you will need to purchase additional middle links
