The CUROGAN finish means this dog collar is nickel-free and rust proof. It is a great choice for dog’s that typically experience discoloration or reactions from other collar materials.

Description

The base neck size for each wire gauge is as follows:

2.25mm -> fits up to a 13" neck measurement; designed for use in dogs up to 40lbs

3.2mm -> fits up to a 19" neck measurement; designed for use in dogs up to 88lbs

4mm -> fits up to a 21" neck measurement; designed for use in dogs up to 154lbs

If your dog exceeds the starting length capacity of your suggested wire gauge size, you will need to purchase additional middle links

Similar to the silver variety of the Sprenger prong collar, but it doesn't change the color of my white dog's fur. The silver collar left a gray tinge in his fur. This collar still allows you to control your dog in a humane way, but also leaves his fur completely white!

SO MUCH BETTER!

We had the standard Nickel one for our Pitbull who has sensitive skin and his neck broke out. This one he gets little marks from the contact but no bleeding or hives! Truly a life saver! It does smell like copper but honestly so much better than the alternative!!

Just have to say that this is the best collar to get!
I was hesitant about prong collars. After watching videos on youtube about them especially Tom David Dog Training videos, I took a leap of faith and got one for my mal. I gotta say it made a huuuuuuge difference on walking him! 80% less reactive to dogs barking at him and 70% less pulling on the same day of using it. Paired the prong with Sprengers martingale collar!

Curation prong collar

We have been using it for about two weeks. We are pleased that it has not caused discoloration of our dogs white fur. It seems to work as promised. We also got the black cliclock. It is pretty easy to use although I liked the one we had in stainless steel better. It is an older style from Sprenger.
