ULTRA-PLUS Training Collar with Center-Plate and Assembly Chain - Curogan

We have been using it for about two weeks. We are pleased that it has not caused discoloration of our dogs white fur. It seems to work as promised. We also got the black cliclock. It is pretty easy to use although I liked the one we had in stainless steel better. It is an older style from Sprenger.

I want to start by saying that this prong collar arrived exactly as described. There is nothing wrong with it, I’m returning it because it was two big for my 60 lbs Labrador retriever with a 16.5 neck. She was in between prong links, so I decided to order a different size and style.

I am very disappointed in the return process which has been stuck at processed for days. I’ve been able to order another collar and for it to arrive in the time it has been stuck on processed. I still have the packaging and would love to send it back. Considering the price and the fact that it is said returns are available I’m very upset about this. If I knew returns where not available I would not have bought another collar from here.

I am only reviewing this poorly to hopefully get the return process along. The quality of this company is amazing and hopefully helps communication with my dog.

Color or paint rusted my dogs neck.
