Product only worked for a short time ,

The Cliclock release that came with the Herm Sprenger collar only works for a short while, when the collar is new. Approximately after six months of using the collar, the click lock release, refused to hold. The first time that happened I lost the jacket and order the second one. Unfortunately, the second jacket was lost. Due to the collar releasing when my dog spotted something she wanted to chase. The collar did not hold. The click lock did not hold. The jacket did not hold. After many emails back-and-forth to Herm Sprenger customer support, and Derek’s goods I received a replacement collar, Cliclock release and jacket. I am holding out hope that this collar will not release on its own, and my dog will not go off running really as she has in the past wearing the Herm Sprenger collar. FYI… THE COLLAR I PURCHASED FROM DEREK’S GOODS WAS NOT COUNTERFEIT AS SUGGESTED BY YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHO DECLINED TO HELP.
