Description

The base neck size for each wire gauge is as follows:

2.25mm -> fits up to a 13" neck measurement; designed for use in dogs up to 40lbs

3.2mm -> fits up to a 19" neck measurement; designed for use in dogs up to 88lbs

4mm -> fits up to a 21" neck measurement; designed for use in dogs up to 154lbs

If your dog exceeds the starting length capacity of your suggested wire gauge size, you will need to purchase additional middle links

Safety Guard

The collar with click lock is great. Having a difficult time putting the safety guard on he collar. Partially due to a squirmy puppy

High quality

The quality is excellent. I got extra links to adjust as my pup grows. I added the click lock clasp as well. It just makes getting the collar on and off so easy. Especially if you are training a pup who young and wiggly.

Help needed

I have tried to contact the company after my purchase. There is no phone number to call. I tried to email the company and was unable to. You need the order number to send an email and I don’t have it. I’m using this forum to obtain help. It is difficult to do business with a company that is hard to contact.

Love this tool!

I’ve only walked my dog a few times using the prong collar but it has worked wonders so far. She hardly pulls and stays right on my left side.

Quality made and my dogs doesn’t hate it. It’s be of the Best if not the best prong collar on the market and great customer service.
