Honestly the best quality and videos how to use measure and appropriately utilize. I no longer have a pulling German Shepard! this is a tool not a quick fix. Still in training but the difference is literally night and day! Thank you for such an amazing product and videos for our fur babies!

Great collar

I recently received the new 3.0 mm prong collar for my hard to fit 65# Rottie. I have a 3.2 mm collar that I've had for years, but couldn't make it work. I tried the 2.25 mm collar hoping that it would work, since the size chart indicated that it COULD be used on a dog up to a 66#, though it was best suited for 40# canines. Seemed that larger and smaller sizes simply would not stay in the correct position on her neck regardless of adding or removing links. This new collar fits the bill nearly perfectly! I had read other reviews who'd experienced a problem with the links coming apart on their collars but I'd never encountered that problem until the 2.25 mm collar. With this 3.0 mm collar, this no longer an issue. I am hoping that HS gets additional 3.0 mm links in soon as I like to have one on hand for just in case. The customer service is simply outstanding, (with the exception of one of the male reps who came across as condescending in an email exchange in the one and only interaction I had with him), and Lauren was easy to work with. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and willing to work with customers until any issues are resolved. Things moved along in a timely manner with no dragging things out. I like HS products because of the high quality of their products and recommend them to others who are looking for canine products that last.
