SPRENGER Scissor Snap Hook (Steel Chrome-Plated)

Needed to exchange a 40mm scissor snap hook for a 70mm hook. Returned 40 mm in original shipping package and attached mailing label provided by Springer. No problems no complaints received new item a week later. Glad to see some companys still believe in customer service. Thanks Herm Springer.
