I want to return the collar. It is not what I want. I have heard nothing from customer service about how to return an item.

I love this collar so much! Bought it in black with the smallest prongs for my Malinois. Don’t use it every day but in new situations or crowded areas it is wonderful. She behaves like an angel and we have no pulling at all!

I have a 9 month old Dogge de Bordeaux. SUPER strong puller on flat collar. Literal night and day change in behavior with this collar. We can take him in stores (that allow) now. He seems unbothered by the collar. Figured there would be some sort of issues, but so far so good!

This is by far the best collar for those of us who like to walk with “creative” huskies who might want to take off running in search of an imaginary sled race. This is easy to put on and take off, it seems comfortable for our dog and is very high quality. Would give it 10 stars.
